425 Music Group is a collective of musicians, artists, composers, bands, producers and engineers who bring a combined 80 years of experience to the film, television and music production business. Everyone in the 425 Music Group has been playing, composing, recording and producing music since childhood. Some of us began by playing stuffy violin and piano recitals at age 8. Some of us started playing free rock and punk shows at house parties and warehouses in high school, then traded shows for free food or beer during the college years. Some among the group continued to play together in bands, performing initially in local clubs touring by van, then on to national tours and international music festivals in locations around the world. All the while, we recorded albums, composed scores to short films and placed our music and custom work in films, commercials and television series. Our goal is to connect a lot of great bands and artists to filmmakers and music supervisors so they can easily pair the right music with their television, film or web projects.

Our Entire Music Catalog Is Pre-Licensed
We have already cleared the licensing rights for every song in the 425 Music Group Catalog to save you the time and hassle. This also eliminates on waiting for approval from the bands or artists. When you have found the right piece of music through our search engine, and are ready to place it in your project, just contact us through the website.
Flexibility - We have instrumental versions of many vocal songs in our catalog, giving more flexibility and possible uses. We can also create custom edits of songs for your specific needs.
A "Download Mp3" feature allows you to quickly download a lo-res mp3 file of the music to test with your project.

In addition to producing, engineering and writing for many bands of notoriety, 425 Music Group also provides original custom work for all forms of media. Our composers have written music for almost every major television and cable network over the last decade, as well as many major motion pictures and indie films.
